World Business Lenders, LLC seeks a Contract and Vendor Management Analyst to support administration of corporate contracts, outside counsel, and vendors in a fully remote, multinational environment.

You will maintain accurate records, coordinate contracting workflows, track deadlines, and assist with invoices and engagements to ensure compliance with approved terms and processes. Strong collaboration with legal and procurement is essential.

Formación

• Education in business, law, finance, or related field; coursework in contract management preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in contract administration, vendor management, or related functions.
• Experience with invoice review, compliance, and record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate contract intake, routing, approvals, signatures, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Maintain contract repository with key terms, dates, obligations, owners and notices.
• Prepare standard agreements and supporting documents using approved templates.
• Monitor invoices and vendor performance, ensuring alignment with terms.
