Sunrise Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Villa Del Mar to perform maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep across the community. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor with cost control and safety compliance while ensuring high property quality and curb appeal.

Role requires 1–2 years hands-on maintenance experience, ability to diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, HVAC issues, and provide reliable tenant service within 24 hours.

Formación

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• General computer skills required, including mobile device usage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as appliance repair, basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance, and custodial work.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and cleanliness of grounds.
• Assist with daily upkeep of pools, recreation areas, and common spaces.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3–5 days of vacancy.
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests and notify management of delays.
