Ookla, an Accenture company, is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to lead customer engagements across LATAM and translate data-driven insights into business value. You will work with Sales during pre-sales, partner with Network Intelligence, Services, Product, and Engineering to ensure customers realize value from Ookla solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom/enterprise tech, fluency with data analytics tools, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Telco, ISP and enterprise-level technology spanning pre-sales, adoption, and customer success across technical account management, solutions consulting, or pre-sales roles in telecom or SaaS.
• Curiosity and comfort working with large-scale data and analytics to inform customer decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and customer value.
• Strong ability to articulate technical value and lead solution demonstrations to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the entry point for customer engagement, partnering with Sales during pre-sales to shape deal strategy and define success criteria.
• Lead adoption and usage and enable successful renewals by translating data into actionable customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Network Intelligence, Services, Product, and Engineering to ensure customers realize value from Ookla solutions.
