Trinetix is seeking a Portfolio Manager/Coordinator to join our telecommunications project for Arelion, coordinating a portfolio of network-related projects and ensuring smooth delivery across workstreams.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing priorities, risks, and dependencies while maintaining clear communication with customers and engineering teams. Arelion project requires collaboration across multiple teams and strong stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Experience coordinating telecom/IT operations or customer-facing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; Ukrainian or Polish is a plus for cross-team collaboration.
• Availability for hybrid work and Buenos Aires office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the day-to-day work of the network team, ensuring reporting and process adherence.
• Build strong relationships with team members and maintain morale.
• Serve as the first point of contact for team issues and escalate when needed.
• Participate in interview and selection processes for new team members.
• Contribute to goal setting, performance reviews and promotions.
• Act as the main operational point of contact with the customer for clear communication.
• Gather and interpret customer feedback and align priorities.
• Consolidate and coordinate reporting from the team and monitor metrics.
• Flag issues to senior management with context and suggested next steps.
• Propose process improvements and new initiatives based on frontline insight.
