Truelogic in Argentina is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from planning through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards in a dynamic enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of program management experience, strong communication with senior leaders, and a proven ability to drive multi-project portfolios.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional experience in project or program management.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reports.
• Strong risk management and mitigation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior leadership.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects throughout the full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align business, technology, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and deliverables for timely execution.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
