The Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst to join our 24x7 global Merchant Services operations. You will act as a liaison between Operations and technology support, handling incidents, documenting issues, and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, are self-starters, and can multitask under pressure in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and solve problems.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Document, track, and research merchant technology reported issues called into the Technology Operations Support hot-line
• Research and resolve issues escalated from Technology Operations internal alerts, Help Desks, Support Groups and other departments
• Provides accurate problem identification, ticket documentation and customer/vendor dialogue
• Provides activity, progress and status reports to management and keeps management posted of any critical issues
• Weekend support requirement and will involve support on Sat or Sun as part of shift based coverage.
