Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Payment Lifecycle Analyst within Payments Operations to ensure smooth fund transfers, enhance the payments framework, and apply automation and systems thinking to complex processes.

You will analyze data, resolve exceptions, engage with stakeholders, and drive process improvements while aligning with cybersecurity controls and anti-fraud strategies. Mentoring teammates and coordinating projects will be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of global payment processing operations and systems architecture.
• Proficiency in data analysis to inform decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial and growth mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of cybersecurity controls and anti-fraud strategies.

Responsibilities

• Utilize independent judgment and technical expertise to resolve exceptions and enhance control environments for technical, financial, and operational processes.
• Conduct research and data analysis to address non-routine payment lifecycle issues and ensure accurate, timely fund transfers across various products.
• Define project requirements and metrics using process models, and lead or contribute to process optimization initiatives to improve quality and customer experience.
• Apply knowledge of systems architecture and automation technologies to support process optimization and build effective relationships with stakeholders and teams.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members to uphold high service standards and serve as an escalation point for junior team members.
