Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Trading Services Analyst to act as a liaison between the front office, technology, controls, and operations. The role involves investigating inquiries, monitoring trade execution flows, and performing trade reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide end-to-end trade flow support, monitor ongoing needs, and drive improvements while mitigating risk across the trade path.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of financial industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies
• Highly disciplined, a self-starter, and able to execute independently
• A team player with strong work ethic and professionalism
• Attention to detail with strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels within the Line of Business
• Adaptive to a flexible, dynamic environment demanding creative and strategic thinking

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end trade flow support across all product channels globally
• Monitor ongoing support needs to address changes and gaps
• Drive continuous improvement while reducing risk across the trade path
• Ensure accurate and timely escalation and resolution of inquiries
• Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and the front office
• Facilitate training for new application users
• Collaborate with business, technology, and operations to determine priorities and release schedules
