Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Global Banking Deal Services Analyst to support the execution of high-impact client transactions. You will partner with deal teams and control functions to coordinate across the deal lifecycle, gaining exposure to complex workflows and collaborating with stakeholders across regions to deliver a strong client experience.

You will build relationships with deal teams, support origination and execution for a portfolio of clients across North America and cross-border

Qualifications

• Experience with M&A, ECM, LF, DCM, or Loans.
• Ability to interact with clients and senior executives regularly.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and own responsibilities.
• Flexibility to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making skills with problem-resolution ability.
• Proactive mindset with dependable partnership to deal teams and clients.
• Coordinate project fees and expenses with deal team leaders, syndicate banks, and business controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with deal teams across origination and execution phases.
• Ensure timely completion of client activities and transaction milestones.
• Join due diligence calls to coordinate follow-up actions.
• Manage and monitor deal pipeline.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, credit, research, finance and business management teams.
• Attend meetings and provide end-to-end oversight of underwriting committee approvals.
• Coordinate with Wholesale KYC Operations to facilitate advisory for new and existing business.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce administrative workloads.
• Monitor deal controls to ensure milestones are met on time.
