Testing Site - JPMC is seeking proactive graduates or students to support cash and asset transfer operations. You will book transfers in risk systems based on client instructions and monitor daily workflows to meet service levels.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and ownership of issues until resolution while collaborating with multiple teams to improve processes and reduce gaps.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Team player with proactive approach and accountability.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of Cash Processing, Trade lifecycles, Global markets and settlement practices.

Responsabilités

• Booking transfers/wires/journals directly in our risk systems based on client instructions.
• Monitor daily workflow (Cash/Asset Transfers).
• Take ownership on issues and display client oriented focus.
• Collaborate with various teams to improve efficiency.
• Suggest ideas to fix process and technology gaps and follow through.
• Ensure timelines and client service delivery standards are met.
• Escalate issues promptly.
