You will participate in problem management, troubleshooting, and escalation processes while helping improve service procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Support.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site technical support and cooperate with other stakeholders to resolve issues or support customers.
• Troubleshoot problems with customer configuration, company software or other integration points.
• Assist with customer and/or technician training and supporting material development.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or resolver groups in a timely manner.
