NCR Atleos in Buenos Aires seeks a Software Support Analyst II to work with clients, diagnose product issues, advise on using technology, and adjust configurations to meet business goals. You will reproduce issues in the NCR lab and coordinate with Engineering, Services, and Sales to deliver fixes.

Ideal candidates have a BS/MS in a related field and 1–2 years in software support, with knowledge of payments processing, ISO 8583, SQL, Java, SOAP/REST, and Linux.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in a related field.
• 1–2 years of software-related experience.
• Knowledge of payments processing and ISO 8583.

Responsabilidades

• Delight customers by providing world class technical support.
• Reproduce customer issues and test fixes in NCR lab.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Services, and Sales to deliver fixes.
