Formación

• Minimum of 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins and technical sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Delivering technical presentations and post‑well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Supporting tender submissions, commercial models and contract renewals.
• Maintaining accurate opportunity pipelines and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Ensuring compliance with local HSE requirements and standards.
