Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin to develop and execute the commercial strategy, drive growth, and ensure high‑quality service delivery through strong customer engagement and technical expertise.

You will manage the full sales cycle, coordinate with operations, engineering and product lines, build relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol and Capex, and support tenders, pricing, and contract

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPI experience.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Build relationships with operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex) and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to show service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tenders, commercial models, and contract renewals; maintain CRM pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and Baker Hughes standards.
