Proofpoint in Córdoba, Argentina is seeking a Product Support Engineer to deliver advanced technical assistance to customers, partners, and resellers across our security platform. You will diagnose issues, reproduce problems, and work with engineering to resolve them.

The role requires 4+ years in technical support, Linux expertise, email debugging, and strong communication. You'll collaborate with account managers and success teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Technical Support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Experience working in Linux command line environments.
• Experience with grep, regex, log scraping in command line.
• Experience debugging email systems.
• Familiarity with remote hosting tools for customer troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced software technical support to customers, resellers, and partners via phone and the ticketing system.
• Manage cases in the ticketing system to ensure cases are handled within SLO guidelines.
• Create and send alerts and other customer communications as necessary.
• Publish Knowledge Base articles for internal and customer use.
• Review technical documentation for training materials and manuals.
• Mentor lower-level Product Support Engineers and lead by example.
