Job summary

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a Technical Support role.
- Proficient in Linux command line environments.
- Strong ability to debug email systems.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting sessions.
- Familiarity with enterprise security products.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced software technical support to customers via phone and ticketing system.
- Manage cases and ensure they meet SLO guidelines.
- Publish knowledge base articles for internal and customer use.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers when needed.
- Diagnose complex issues and document solutions clearly.
- Collaborate with account managers and other teams for customer success.
