• 4+ years experience in a Technical Support role.
• Excellent written and verbal customer-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency with Linux command line environments.
• Advanced use of grep, regex, log scraping in command line.
• Experience with email system debugging.
• Experience using remote hosting tools for customer troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced software technical support to customers via phone and ticketing system.
• Manage cases in the ticketing system ensuring adherence to SLO guidelines.
• Publish Knowledge Base articles for internal and customer use.
• Act as SME to review technical documentation and mentor junior team members.
• Lead by example technically and professionally in customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, SEs, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
