Sovos Latinoamérica is seeking a Program Management Lead to build and run a centralized PMO for cross-LOB technology programs. This hybrid role splits roughly 50/50 between people management and hands-on program ownership.

The Lead will mentor two Senior Program Managers and personally drive high-priority programs end to end. Ideal candidates blend strong people leadership with technical literacy and actively push AI-enabled improvements across reporting, dashboards, and governance.

Formación

• 8+ years in program management, project management, or a closely related role, including experience managing or mentoring other program/project managers.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience: hiring, coaching, and performance management of a small team.
• Comfortable operating as a working, hands-on manager: willing and able to personally own and run a program end to end alongside managing the team, not only delegate and oversee.
• General working familiarity with how technology teams deliver work (agile ways of working, release and change processes, quality practices) sufficient to follow and coordinate technical conversations, without needing deep hands-on technical expertise.
• Experience building or running executive-level reporting for a mid-to-large organization.
• Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools (such as Claude) to improve reporting, analysis, or team productivity.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of concurrent, cross-functional programs with competing priorities and multiple senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex, cross-functional information for VP and executive audiences.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, given daily collaboration with cross-geography stakeholders and direct reporting to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a small PMO team of two Senior Program Managers.
• Own and run cross-LOB programs end to end with hands-on accountability.
• Maintain a consolidated view of priorities and delivery progress across the full cross-LOB portfolio.
• Provide executive reporting and act as escalation point for risks.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and alignment across VPs and LOB leads.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows, templates, and dashboards to improve productivity.
• Establish governance cadence and ensure consistency with CoE standards.
