Hirebridge is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive cross‑LOB technology programs on behalf of Engineering leadership. You will own programs end to end, define scope and milestones, and track progress in Jira, surfacing risk for Steerco reporting.

The portfolio spans cloud cost tracking, observability governance, DORA metrics, and pipeline maturity across multiple teams. You will collaborate with CoEs, LOB leaders, and VP stakeholders to keep committed work on track, maintain governance

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a closely related role within a technology or software organization.
• Exposure to software development practices: SDLC, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD concepts, QA fundamentals.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and QA processes at a conceptual level.
• Proven experience with AI tools to enhance productivity and reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for senior leadership status reporting.
• Ability to operate neutrally across multiple teams with competing priorities.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and blockers across concurrent workstreams.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, for cross-geography collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own day‑to‑day execution of one or more cross‑LOB technology programs with clear milestones.
• Maintain live status in Jira for epics, owners, blockers, and target dates.
• Identify program risks and elevate with clear recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate dependencies across groups where a single initiative spans multiple teams.
• Prepare Steerco inputs with data, trends, and impact-focused narratives.
• Support governance decks and briefing materials for cross‑CoE Steerco.
• Respond to leadership requests with fast, data-backed status updates.
• Partner with CoE leads and LOB managers to confirm adoption and sequencing.
