Sovos is seeking a Program Management Lead to build and run a centralized PMO for cross-LOB technology programs. The role is hybrid, split between managing a small team and hands-on program ownership of high-priority initiatives.

You will report to an Executive Sponsor and collaborate with VPs across the business. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program management, strong leadership, and experience delivering executive-level reporting.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a closely related role.
• Proven people leadership experience: hiring, coaching, and performance management of a small team.
• Hands-on manager comfortable owning and running programs end to end while leading the team.
• Familiarity with technology delivery processes (Agile, release and change) at a coordinating level.
• Experience building executive-level reporting for a mid-to-large organization.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, or productivity.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for VP/executive audiences.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small PMO team (2 Senior Program Managers) and coach them on program management craft.
• Own and run high-priority cross-LOB programs end to end with strong hands-on accountability.
• Maintain a consolidated view of priorities and delivery across the portfolio.
• Own the executive reporting deck and ensure data-driven storytelling.
• Serve as a neutral partner to CoE, platform owners, and LOB engineering leads.
• Define and maintain governance cadence and intake criteria for the PMO portfolio.
• Set AI-assisted standards for reporting, dashboards, and meeting synthesis.
