Sovos Latinoamérica in Argentina is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive cross-LOB technology programs. You will own end-to-end initiatives, track progress in Jira, surface risks, and prepare steering-ready narratives for leadership.

The role requires strong technical fluency in cloud, SDLC, DevOps, QA, and a proactive stance on using AI tools to accelerate reporting and decision-making across engineering and business teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in program management within technology or software.
• Exposure to SDLC, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD concepts and QA fundamentals.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and QA processes at a conceptual level.
• Proven experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and reporting.
• Strong communication skills for senior leadership status reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own day to day execution of cross-LOB technology programs.
• Maintain accurate live status in Jira for initiatives.
• Identify and elevate risks and blockers with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple groups.
• Prepare Steerco-ready inputs with data and narrative.
