Sovos is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Argentina to drive cross-LOB technology programs across Engineering leadership. You will own programs end to end—defining scope, milestones, and surfacing risks—while coordinating with LOBs, CoEs, and VP stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in tech program management, a solid understanding of SDLC/DevOps, and experience with AI tools to enhance efficiency and reporting.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in program management within technology or software
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD concepts, and QA fundamentals
• Experience with DevOps practices and QA processes at a conceptual level
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude or ChatGPT) to improve productivity
• Strong organizational and communication skills for senior leadership reporting
• Ability to operate neutrally across multiple teams with competing priorities
• Proven experience managing dependencies, risks, and blockers across concurrent workstreams
• Fluent in English, written and spoken for cross-geography collaboration

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day execution of one or more cross-LOB technology programs; define scope, milestones, and track progress in Jira
• Maintain accurate, live status in Jira for assigned initiatives with epics, owners, blockers, and target dates
• Identify program-level risks and blockers and elevate with clear recommendations
• Coordinate dependencies across groups where initiatives touch multiple teams
• Prepare Steerco-ready inputs with data, trend lines, and narrative focused on impact
• Support the Program Management Lead in building consolidated Steerco decks and briefing materials
• Collaborate with CoE leads, platform owners, and LOB engineering leads to keep programs coordinated
• Actively use AI tools to accelerate reporting, data synthesis, and status communication
