Profound in Buenos Aires is hiring a Tech Lead Manager for the Answer Engine Insights team. You will balance technical leadership with people management, shaping the analytics platform that surfaces sentiment and accuracy from AI model responses at scale.

You will write code, review PRs, and guide engineers while growing the team and ensuring delivery of high-impact features across dashboards, REST APIs, and data queries.

Formación

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 2 years managing or tech-leading a team.
• Deep, hands-on experience with data pipelines and analytics infrastructure; built systems ingesting and aggregating large data volumes.
• Experience scraping the web at scale; comfortable with proxies and bypassing bot detection.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Answer Engine Insights roadmap, partnering with CTO, Head of Engineering, and product leadership on priorities.
• Develop a team of 8-10 engineers, including running interview loops and setting expectations clearly.
• Drive technical decisions on hard problems: LLM scrapers, high cardinality data models, fine-tuned LLMs, and fast analytics frontend.
• Ship code yourself on high-leverage parts of the system.
• Be the engineering point of contact for enterprise customers when insights issues escalate.
• Represent team in conversations with sales, customer success, and executives when data coverage or integrations affect commitments.
