You’ll balance technical leadership with hands‑on coding, mentor a small high‑impact team, and work with product, data and business partners to build scalable systems that support our growth. You’ll drive architecture decisions, set engineering standards, and promote rapid iteration with AI‑assisted development.

Formación

• 10+ years of engineering experience with hands‑on leadership.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Directly lead squads and influence the engineering direction.
• Own and develop a core area of the Olé platform.
• Set technical direction and architecture decisions with leadership.
• Remain hands‑on with the codebase and problem‑solve.
• Hire, mentor, and grow a small engineering team in Buenos Aires.
