You will leverage platforms like Obra, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Giggs to source talent, maintain records, and meet daily submission targets while supporting other recruitment needs across warehouse and repair

Qualifications

• Experience using recruitment and social media platforms.
• Strong candidate research and evaluation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to meet daily sourcing targets.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Industry, sales, warehouse, or technical recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determines candidate requirements by reviewing position requirements and priorities with the Recruiting Manager.
• Sources qualified candidates using Obra, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Giggs.
• Prioritizes Rental Representative searches while supporting other roles.
• Researches relevant companies, industries, and networks.
• Reviews and submits candidate profiles daily with notes and links.
• Maintains candidate records and checks for duplicates.
• Engages candidates with personalized outreach and provides job descriptions and links.
• Passes qualified candidates to the recruiting team for screening.
• Tracks sourcing results by recording submissions, outreach, responses, and status.
• Adjusts searches based on recruiting feedback.
