World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support global recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles. You will partner with hiring managers to attract high-quality talent and ensure an efficient, candidate-centric hiring process.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including tech recruitment
• Experience sourcing, screening and interviewing across multiple roles and levels
• Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS)
• Experience coordinating with hiring managers and supporting end-to-end hiring processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; Teams experience preferred
• Experience using video conferencing tools such as Zoom / MS Teams

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.
• Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.
