Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support recruitment activities across roles, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of positions. This role partners with hiring managers to understand role requirements and attract high-quality talent in a fast-paced, remote environment.

This full-time, remote role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles.
• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS.
• Experience coordinating with hiring managers and end-to-end hiring processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Teams experience preferred.
• Experience using Zoom / MS Teams for virtual interviews.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.
• Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.
