Job summary

Werben HR is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our growing consulting team. You will partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals, and build strong pipelines.

In this 100% remote, full-time role, you’ll conduct initial screenings and ensure a positive candidate experience, while contributing ideas to improve sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Advanced English (oral and written) is required.
• Experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a strong interest in HR/talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
