Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Consultant Supervising Associate in Argentina. You will coordinate HR activities for a defined population, shaping programs and guiding leaders in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

You will develop relationships with leaders, influence talent initiatives, and ensure HR processes align with business strategy while analyzing staffing and compensation data to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five-plus years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Cross-border working knowledge with financial services exposure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a specific population.
• Implement, execute and influence innovative HR programs aligned to the Talent agenda.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries and guide business leaders.
• Collect and analyze data on staffing, headcount, budgets and compensation to identify trends and inform decisions.
