Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to join our Talent IT Service Delivery team in Argentina. The role involves leading end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation projects, mentoring a team of consultants, and coordinating with project managers, QA, and support teams.

You will design Employee Central solutions, configure compensation components, and ensure alignment with HR processes and reporting needs while working in a matrix

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application services and/or client/supplier relationship management in a technology environment.
• 5+ years experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Strong understanding of global HR processes, data models, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Compensation configuration, business rules, workflows, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Compensation projects end-to-end from discovery through deployment and support.
• Mentor a team of consultants and allocate tasks across project lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on-time delivery and budget.
• Design and configure Employee Central modules including organizational management, employee data, workflows, and security settings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SAP SuccessFactors compensation solutions.
