Job summary

Solvo Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for professional, technical, and specialized roles across multiple countries.

You will own the full-cycle process from intake to offer, crafting sourcing strategies and partnering with hiring managers to shape talent pipelines. You will conduct in-depth assessments, manage ATS records, and drive continuous process improvements while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and workforce planning

Qualifications

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake meeting to offer and hire.
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, market mapping, and other channels.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including technical, behavioral, and competency-based interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers, providing talent market insights and recruitment best practices.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ATS records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Enhance recruitment processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment forecasting initiatives.

• Partner closely with hiring managers, providing talent market insights and recruitment best practices.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ATS records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Enhance recruitment processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment forecasting initiatives.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, or specialized roles.

Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through advanced recruiting techniques.

Experience recruiting across multiple countries (preferred).

Expertise using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, and similar tools.

Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment metrics.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
