Job summary

Topfoxx Limited is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions from a 100% remote Latam-based position. You will own pipelines from manager alignment to offer rollout, building proactive sourcing strategies and guiding candidates through interviews to deliver a strong regional growth impact.

The role emphasizes strong sourcing, screening, and collaboration with hiring managers, with emphasis on experience in high-tech or SaaS

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from candidate outreach through screening and offer stage.
• Hands-on expertise in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioral evaluation conversations.
• Solid communication and candidate assessment skills, with sound professional judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles – Strong Advantage.
• Hands-on experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ADP.

• Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other targeted channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP), track candidate progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
