EY ES - Internal Transformation Services is seeking an Assistant Director to guide internal transformation programs globally. You will partner with Executive Leadership on project management, change management, and design thinking initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth and organizational change.

Formación

• Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with at least 7+ years in management/business consulting.
• PMP or Change Management/Design Thinking certification are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to understand objectives and opportunities.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships at CxO/Partner levels.
• Lead transformation projects from initiation to closure with timely delivery.
