EY GDS is seeking a highly organized project manager to drive execution across the Digital Talent & Transformation Office (DiTTO) portfolio. You will support planning, coordination, and delivery of workforce transformation initiatives, ensuring projects remain aligned with objectives.

Reporting to the Portfolio & Process Lead, you will partner with leaders across Workforce Strategy & Design, Talent Evolution, Analytics, and Operations to manage project plans, governance, and risk, turning

Formación

Experience in project management, program management or transformation consulting.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
Experience developing project plans, status reports, governance materials, and executive-ready communications.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive execution in complex environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Drive strategic execution with detailed project plans and milestones across multiple workstreams.
Coordinate governance processes, status reporting, steering committee preparation and action-item tracking.
Maintain portfolio-level visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
Coordinate collaboration across business, talent, technology and transformation teams.
Develop templates, tools and reporting mechanisms to improve consistency and efficiency.
Support communications and change activities, tracking adoption and readiness across initiatives.
