EY seeks an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruitment for multiple service lines targeting the US market. You will partner with leadership to build a strong talent pipeline, apply innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a superior candidate experience across EY’s recruitment processes.

Formación

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies for top talent.
• Ability to identify and solve complex recruitment issues.
• Ability to foster relationships with clients and candidates.
• Experience training and giving performance feedback to teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience recruiting talent in the US market.
• Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking software; Avature is a plus.
• Advanced English with professional communication.

• Assess leadership resource needs against the talent market to build pipelines.

• Provide training and performance feedback to teammates.
