EY Managed Services seeks an experienced Assistant Director to join Global Managed Services, providing analytical support for strategic and operational decision-making. This role requires curating large data sets, presenting insights through storytelling, and solving complex business problems.

The successful candidate will lead dashboards, forecasting, and performance reporting, collaborating across EY to deliver consistent, trusted information for leadership and client delivery.

Formación

• Graduate or professional certification in a business-related subject such as Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years in finance or business analysis, preferably in professional services.
• Strong skills in financial/markets reporting, data analysis and performance measurement.
• Experience creating innovative reporting frameworks and KPIs.
• Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Analysis Services, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Be the go-to contact for financial and business analysis, supporting MS Leaders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive performance reporting for Managed Services.
• Analyze performance via dashboards, reports, and presentations for leaders.
• Provide ad-hoc financial modeling to support planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate across EY to deliver a single source of truth for Global Managed Services performance.
• Run short- and mid-term forecasting activities.
• Leverage EY data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Improve data quality, reporting tools, and analytical methods.
• Own issue management and ensure exceptional client service and governance.
