EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice seeks a Manager to lead complex supply chain transformations and M&A integrations, guiding end-to-end transactions from pre-sign diligence to post-close execution.

You will work with global clients to optimize plan, source, make, deliver/return, and apply AI-enabled tools to develop transformational solutions. Travel and commutable distance to the office are required; MBA and consulting experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field with 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~3 years.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning/inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
• Must reside in or commute to office; travel willingness may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead across the transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution) for complex integrations (M&A) and divestitures.
• Help clients solve complex supply chain problems and develop innovative solutions that transform the supply chain, improving performance and resiliency across plan, source, make, deliver/return.
