Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will own the full commercial cycle—from prospecting and scoping to pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation—while delivering technical value to operators.

You will leverage decades of experience in Directional Drilling and related tools to drive growth, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure top‑tier service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical info into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
