Baker Hughes, a global energy technology company, is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive growth by engaging with operators, translating technical data into commercial value, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.

You will manage the entire sales cycle, coordinate with operations and engineering, and identify cross-sell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS to maximize customer value.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to show service value.
