Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales to lead Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage with operators, and translate technical data into commercial value.

In this role, you will collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality, deliver technical presentations, and drive growth through strategic cross‑selling opportunities while upholding Baker Hughes standards.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, or BHA optimization.
• Strong knowledge of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or similar shale basins.
• Ability to translate technical data into commercial value.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle including prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Build relationships with operators like YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Lead tender submissions and contract renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
