Sovos is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Argentina to guide new clients from kickoff to go-live. You will own the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery with high quality while translating business needs into technical solutions.

The role involves leading client work sessions, configuring systems, providing training, and ongoing post-go-live support. Strong English communication and tax-knowledge foundations are valued in a fast-growing, global team.

Formación

• Experience in a service-related, client-facing role with multiple priorities.
• Experience in client-facing implementation, project management or technical consulting.
• Foundational understanding of tax rules and processes in the relevant product market, or readiness to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and time management across multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for clients during implementation, guiding kickoff to go-live.
• Develop and manage project plans, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Complete configuration tasks and document setup thoroughly for smooth handoffs.
• Lead collaborative sessions to translate client requirements into technical specs.
• Provide training and ongoing support after go-live as needed.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve documentation quality.
• Identify process improvements to benefit the team and clients.
