Jobtailor in Buenos Aires seeks an experienced PMO/Project Manager to lead end-to-end product launch initiatives across Brand, Retail, Finance, Operations and more. You will manage governance, develop integrated plans, and drive on-time delivery with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Buenos Aires setting.

You will communicate with senior leaders, monitor risks, and ensure a smooth transition to BAU, while fostering collaboration across international teams in a matrix organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects or programs, ideally in a PMO.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PM tools.
• Experience with AI tools in project management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strategic, proactive, solution-oriented mindset for cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in international and matrix organizations.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Buenos Aires.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end product launch projects across multiple business functions.
• Establish project governance and align with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams such as Brand, Retail, Finance, Operations, GBS, Legal, Commercial, and HR.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation plans.
• Manage scope, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee updates.
• Support business readiness for go-live and ensure smooth transition to BAU with documentation and handover.
• Foster collaboration across international teams while driving accountability and project excellence.
