GlobalLogic is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery for multiple client initiatives in Argentina. The role partners with Cloud and Compliance Advisory teams to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence, while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of PM experience, 1+ year in client-facing consulting, and familiarity with PM tools like Smartsheet or MS Project.

Formación

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 1+ year in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree with equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability to support the Cloud and Compliance Advisory teams based in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Experience with Smartsheet or Microsoft Project or other Project Management tool.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Proven project ownership with a track record of delivering commitments.
• Preferred Certifications: PMP, CSM, PgMP.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full project lifecycle—from initiation through deployment for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams.
• Develop detailed project plans for all phases, ensuring clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Partner with Resource Deployment Managers to secure staffing aligned with project needs.
• Work closely with engagement leads to coordinate day‑to‑day activities across project teams.
• Provide clear, timely status updates on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, communication plans, and change controls.
• Set, communicate, and manage expectations with project stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations for project teams, sponsors, and executives.
• Monitor and manage project issues, conflicts, critical paths, and dependencies.
• Escalate risks and issues appropriately and drive them to resolution.
• Ensure adherence to established quality standards and Coalfire methodologies.
• Communicate and partner with resources to deliver a seamless and effective customer experience.
• Encourage operational excellence and provide feedback to improve processes and methodologies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and maintain company-defined billable utilization targets.
