Accenture Argentina is seeking a seasoned Manager to join our Software & Platforms practice. In this dual-track role, you will sit at the intersection of technology delivery, business development, and team leadership — serving as both a trusted delivery leader for our clients and a builder of our business alongside senior leadership.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex software and platform engagements, manage client expectations, mitigate risks, and drive agile delivery practices.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
• Experience: 6–10 years in technology consulting, software delivery, or platform management with client-facing leadership.
• Languages: Advanced English (spoken and written) for international clients and global teams.
• Core competencies: Strong project management, executive communication, and ability to interact with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software and platform engagements, including enterprise platform implementations and digital transformations.
• Manage the practice team, allocation of work, performance reviews, and career development.
• Support go-to-market strategies across key verticals and contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Drive long-term client relationships and account expansion through upsell/cross-sell while navigating digital transformation and AI initiatives.
