Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Attraction Recruiter, Supervising Associate in Argentina to own recruiting for specific service lines or regions. You will engage with leaders, colleagues, and candidates, guiding external candidate engagement and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will drive sourcing and talent pipeline development, partner withHiring managers, and leverage AI and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies, ensuring EY’s brand is consistently represented.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience in professional/financial services or corporate environment.
• Experience attracting contractor and/or experienced hires using diverse resources.
• Strategic thinker with ability to collaborate and advise clients.
• Knowledge of IT/technology roles and creative sourcing techniques.
• Ability to meet SLA 24–48 hours for candidate profiles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ATS software.
• Experience with AI-driven tools and platforms.
• Experience in North American talent markets.
• Strong reporting and data analytics skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-driven sourcing, screening, and matching to improve fit.
• Analyze recruitment data to inform decisions.
