Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Attraction Recruiter, Supervising Associate, to partner with business leaders and hiring managers across service lines and regions. You’ll own external candidate engagement, oversee the pipeline, and drive a high‑quality candidate experience.

In this fast‑paced role, you will develop recruiting strategies, leverage AI tools, manage local and national initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering data-driven insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in professional/financial services or similar environments.
• Ability to attract and engage contractor and experienced hires using multiple resources.
• Strategic thinking and ability to collaborate with team members on best practices.
• Consultative talent advisor to clients and hiring managers.
• Knowledge of IT/technology roles and creative sourcing techniques.
• Adherence to SLA of 24–48 hours for candidate profiles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with ATS.
• Experience with AI-driven tools and platforms.
• Experience with North American talent markets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruiting strategies to attract contractor and/or experienced hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Drive the sourcing strategy to identify, attract, and build a talent pipeline and assess market talent.
• Utilize diverse sourcing techniques and inclusiveness initiatives.
• Provide operational and process knowledge to ensure a quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate local and national recruiting initiatives and events to support the service line.
• Integrate EY's brand strategy into recruitment activity and leverage social media to promote openings.
• Act as a change agent for new technology, tools, and processes rolled out to the recruiting community.
• Stay abreast of talent market insights and ensure recruiting activities comply with policies and regulations.
• Leverage analytics to gain insights into recruitment trends and data-driven decisions.
• Utilize AI tools for sourcing, screening, and matching to secure the best fit.
