Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a Talent Discovery Recruiter in Buenos Aires to source, screen, and present qualified IT talent. You will build and maintain robust candidate pipelines, collaborate with TA Recruiters, and drive data-driven recruiting analytics to speed time-to-fill.

In this role, you’ll manage internal referrals, oversee rehire processes, and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and matching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting or recruiting-related role with IT/tech understanding.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience networking and leveraging social media for pipelines.
• Able to work independently, remotely, and across time zones.
• Strong organization and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage job boards and sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
• Manage internal referrals and forward qualified candidates to TA leads.
• Oversee rehire eligibility coordination with internal teams.
• Use market intel tools for insights on talent trends and competition.
• Manage external postings on boards and social media with accuracy.
• Meet SLA of 24–48 hours to deliver candidate profiles.
• Communicate clearly with candidates and document dispositions.
• Explore AI-driven sourcing, screening, and matching to improve fit.
