The candidate should possess 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a tech environment, and be fluent in English and Spanish. This role promises a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Formación

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience in sales or commercial hiring in Tech.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and assessment methodologies.
• Solid understanding of labor laws in LATAM and US.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles in LATAM/US.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of Sales talent in the region.
