Responsibilities include developing plans, guiding cross-functional teams, managing budgets, identifying risks, and reporting progress to stakeholders. A PMP is highly valued; 8+ years in project management and a proven remote leadership track

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business/Management or related field.
• PMP certification is highly valued.
• 8+ years of proven project management experience, including remote/virtual environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for distributed teams.
• Lead and guide cross-functional virtual teams to ensure collaboration and task completion.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses within constraints.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues in a remote context.
• Facilitate clear communication among remote team members and stakeholders globally.
