ORTH is an AI agronomist built by Aydi Technologies. This Enterprise AE role owns the territory end to end, builds the enterprise pipeline, represents ORTH at events and in fields that matter, runs pilots, negotiates and closes, and steers the portfolio through renewal and expansion.

You will work alongside a Customer Success lead to decide where the territory goes next, traveling frequently to Peru and surrounding regions while maintaining strong executive relationships.

Formación

• Experience selling into Peruvian agriculture and understanding local markets.
• Strong network with enterprise logos in Peru and decision makers.
• Proven KPI-driven sales performance in complex cycles.
• Ability to own revenue, renewal and expansion targets.
• Strong business case creation and board-level presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in farmers' environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the enterprise pipeline across Peru's agri-exporters and cooperatives.
• Represent ORTH at trade shows, grower days and industry events.
• Lead multi-stakeholder discovery with directors and operations leads.
• Design and run pilots with agreed use cases and criteria.
• Own pricing, negotiation, procurement and legal review with HQ support.
• Manage rollout plans, renewals and expansion across accounts.
• Collaborate with customer success on use-case definition and health.
• Provide market feedback to solution engineers and maintain pipeline metrics.
• Report forecast and account health with discipline.
